Ticketoja is an online platform where users can safely buy and resell tickets for events, travel, and experiences. We connect buyers and sellers and handle the process so both sides have a smooth and secure transaction.
Are the tickets on Ticketoja guaranteed to be valid?
We take ticket validity seriously. Sellers must provide accurate ticket details, and our team may perform additional checks on suspicious listings. If there’s ever an issue with a ticket, you can reach our support and we’ll review your case.
How do I buy a ticket?
Browse the available tickets, choose the one that fits your dates or event, and click “Buy”. Follow the checkout steps to complete the payment. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive your ticket details by email and/or in your Ticketoja account.
How do I sell a ticket I can’t use?
Create an account, go to “Sell a Ticket”, and fill in the required details (event, date, seat/zone, price, and ticket type). After submission, your listing will be reviewed and then published on Ticketoja.
What happens if an event is cancelled or changed?
If an event is officially cancelled or significantly changed by the organizer, we’ll follow their refund or voucher policy. In many cases, buyers may be eligible for a refund or alternative solution. Contact our support with your order details and we’ll guide you.
